RBS750 satellites not showing up
I have an RBR750 with two RBS750 satellites but cannot seem to view their status in either the iOS app or the web interface. If I reboot the satellites they come up with the blue ring and appear to b...

does it show up in the access control section?
With an ip address? you can try accessing them via that.
You can always try a factory reset with clean install (not from backup)

No, the satellites aren’t hardwired and they don’t run through a switch. I do use one of the Ethernet ports on the back of the satellites tho.
Not sure exactly how to do or check the wireless backhaul setup, how do I do that?
The RBR750 is connected to my FTTN modem which is admittedly fairly old.
It seems all the connections are working because all devices (phones, tablets, pcs etc), including the ones connected to the satellites, have access to the internet

Nothing is showing for them under the attached devices list?
Not even a generic "netgear" device?
- Wilko475Oct 27, 2022AspirantOne satellite shows up as “disconnected” (in the satellites section at the top) but nothing for the other one

- Wilko475Oct 31, 2022Aspirant*Edit: I can connect to both satellites directly via their individual IPs
That’s the weird bit.
- On the Home page (basic section) it shows 2 satellites connected
- In the firmware update (Advanced->administration), the router and both satellites show up
- In Attached Devices one satellite shows with a backhaul status of disconnected, the other satellite doesn’t show and the list of connected devices only shows those connected to the router (even though there are at least 3 devices connected to the satellites.
I can get to one of the satellites directly (via its IP) but I can’t figure out the IP of the second one.
I’ve tried hard wire connecting them to try and create a backhaul but it doesn’t seem to make any difference
