RBW20 Firmware Upgrade Problem
I have an Orbi RBR20 router with one RBW30 wall-plub satellite. I'm using the Orbi App on an iPhone to address some problems (I no longer have any devices connected to the satellite) and the first order of business was to update the app and then to check to see if I have the most recent firmware. The app tells me that I am using firmware V2.3.5.26 but it's not clear from the app or the netgear web site whether this is the most current version. When I check for updates using the app, I get a long wait and then an error message which says "There was a problem checking firmware update." Does this mean my firmware is up to date? If not, how can I resolve this problem?

Hi KCW45,
You may visit our support site and search up your model number to find the latest firmware versions located at the sections "Firmware and Software Downloads." I've linked the latest firmware versions for both the RBR20 and RBW30 below. You may also need to reinstall the Orbi app to ensure you're on the latest version.
