So it took a full 30-sec hold reset back to factory and reconfigure my network all over to get access to the router.  the firmware is definitly corrupt  hopefully they can get a stable firware out so...

What NG product are you referring too? 

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

    RBR850, latest 4.6.8.2, Modem is Nighthawk CM2000 with Comcast

      Disable WiFi Private IP address and Limit IP Address Tracking on any Apple phones or pads. Try the Orbi app. 

       

      15sec press of the reset button then release is recommended if a reset is needed. 

       

      Was FW manually updated or automatically updated by NG?

        It doesn’t work. Tried that (and I don’t use those ios services). Cant even access through router IP. The firmware web and app services were corrupt. 15 sec reset does not work either. Had to do the full 30-sec restore to factory as I mentioned.
