But sending one-time password does not mean the problem is solved.
We should able to login using our UID/Pwd.
It might be worth a few minutes to test what happens when Netgear sends a one-time password.
i.e. after using the one-time password to log in, if you quit the app, restart the smartphone/tablet, and then open the app.......????
