Re: Not able to sign into Orbi app on Android after reinstalling app
I tried the one time password as well but it still wouldn't work. I still see the brief push notification message before it just says denied. Can anyone help?

What Orbi model system do you have?
What Android brand and model do you have? Phone or Pad?
What Firmware is loaded on the Orbi system?
Does this happen with one specific device or across all mobile devices?
