Re: Orbi satellites no longer showing up on Network Map
Hi there,
I've been reading this thread with interest. Since a while, I seem to have a working RBR50 and 3 RBS50 Satellites. I saw this via my apple MacBook-connection with the RBR50 (router and sat's are 'good').
However, I cannot see the Satellites anymore being connected via my phone/the Orbi app. I used to se them before.
Don't know what to do to get this fixed, so that I can manage the Netgear Orbi again via my Phone.
Could you help?
(Firmware and app seem to be up to date...)

Hi there,
For some time I have been experiencing the same problem with my RBR50. Satellites RBS50 are visible in the network map but show red wifi sign. If I click on specific satellite it says 'no connected device found'. If I connect to the admin via my webbrowser all satellites show up and have 'backhaul status = good'. The satellites seem to be working because in the admin in the browser I see that wireless devices are connected to the satellites. I rebooted the router, re-installed the app. Firmware of router and satelittes are up to date (all have same version v2.7.4.24). Is it a bug in the app? Or is there another way to solve this problem?
Kind regards,
Pascal
