Remotely Manage Orbi Access Control

After the update to the new "Orbi" App, i can no longer find a way to manage my Access Control list remotely. Has anyone found a work around other than VPN? I deny all new devices until specifically ...

With my RBR50 being at firmware 2.3.5.30 and the app on google play being 2.4.10.859, the device manager has a toggle for "pause/resume" on each device now. This is the Access Control list and works well!
