Reset Orbi and at router due to no access via app or webpage
Do I need to turn Wi-Fi back on in my att router prior to a factory reset? I have it off so my Orbi RBS750 is the main access point.
my concern with the reset is that it will not work.
That i still won’t be able to access the Orbi router via app or web.
My system will brick and I will have no Wi-Fi
thoughts on the reset. Did it help you.
thanks
A factory reset by pressing the reset button for 20 seconds then connecting 1 wired PC to the back of the RBR and using a web browser pointed at HTTP and 192.168.1.1 should bring up the setup wizard. Run thru this first.
If your a Apple device user, review this to see if the app will connect AFTER setting up the RBR with a PC first:

- Pja1985AspirantThanks. Problem solved. Did the factory reset. App working as is web page access. Now just working on the satellite.
Annoying but is what it is. Hands down the speed with my Orbi rbr750 is second to none. Use in AP mode with att router.
