ROUTER RBK20W - SOMENTHING WENT WRONG

I have a router model RBK20W. I have been trying to configure using the app but at the end of the proccess appears an error: "Somenthing went wrong. Please try again". I have tried several times, reset the router, reset the modem, but nothing is enough. 

May someone help me?

    May you reinstall the Orbi app and ensure you are connected to the router's WiFi network.
