Same problem 3rd time

I have experience the same problem 3 times that the Orbi App does not work when I try to setup the admin password during the setup process. Support kept telling me to reinstall the app and retry inst...

Sorry for the 2nd reply. I have even tried 192.168.1.1 and 10.0.0.1 on a Lan cable connection but it was unsuccessful. I tried both because the setup was not complete and I didn’t get a chance to call ISP to change the cable modem to bridge mode. I don’t want to mess up their internet and leave them with nothing to use. I have experienced so much problem on this 3rd product… Orbi App won’t setup admin password, reinstalled Orbi App but the old setting was blocking the setup, and router won’t reset, I wonder if other brands would be this troublesome too.

    I have used a wired connection with a pc using 192.168.1.1 and 10.0.0.1 as directed by the support staff to no use. The RBK753 will not reset to its factory setting with the thorough poke from a solid red to blinking red at the reset red at the back. Now how do I get an RMA authorization?
