Satellite shows “disconnected” purple, but works and shows all devices.

Question

Some of my devices show in the Orbi app as being connected to the satellite and other devices as being connected to the main unit. However the network map &nbsp;in the app shows the satellite off-line and a purple Dot instead of green. &nbsp;What is going on, can anyone help?
