Satellites not showing up on Network Map within Orbi mobile app
I know this is an old thread. But this is happening for me. The Firmware update keeps failing in the orbi app too!

What firmware version is on the router and the satellite?
What actual devices do you have?What modem/gateway is it connected to?
Do the satellites show up through the browser gui?
