Satellites suddenly not available in Orbi app.

Question

Hello,I saw that the wifi signal was poor today. Looking on the Orbi app I saw that the satellites are disappeared.I tried to add the satellites with the app and sync buttons. It is waiting and waiting. The whole afternoon was retrying and waiting. Connection with satellites is impossible.&nbsp;How can I get connection with the satellites again ?&nbsp;Thanks,Hubert

What Firmware version is currently loaded?What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

What mobile device are you using with orbi app?&nbsp;
&nbsp;
Do the RBS appear on the RBRs web page with a web browser connected to the RBR?&nbsp;
