Setting Orbi - Not receiving sms verification

Question

Hi, I am installing the home Orbi AX4200/RBK753. I have hooked up the router and installed the Orbi app. In the set up process, I am setting up for the SMS verification but I am not able to receive the SMS verification code to move forward. Anyone can help?
