Some error occurred while enabling/disabling remote management

Same issue here. And I have enabled remote management through the web portal and have confirmed that works through a web browser outside of my network.

I’ve also completely reset my system, downgraded firmware, reinstalled the app, upgraded the firmware once again, still nothing worked.

I’m getting the same error message in the orbi app.
