Sorry, your device list failed to load. Please try again later.
I just got a prompt on the app to update my system (RBK753) to firmware 4.6.14.3, which I did successfully. However, now, when I head into the app and try to either go into Network Map or Device ...

As a follow-up, I don't think this is an app issue. If I sign into the web interface then I get no connected devices listed at all (and, yes, they are).

Did you resolve this problem? If so, how? It just cropped up for me today on Android. Have not been able to check the web interface yet, but a simple reboot didn't help.
- JMM2700Apr 09, 2023InitiateI am having the same issue today, tried doing a factory reset and nothing worked.

- lostdocApr 09, 2023GuideSame. I wonder if the recent firmware update bricked it? Did you guys update yours?
Thanks- SM915Apr 09, 2023Guide
The device list worked for me as recently as two days ago. Unfortunately, lack of access to the device list also messes with access to Smart Parental Controls. (I know, that's a whole different topic. Just noting that there's a relationship for those of us who use SPC.)
I can confirm that I'm able to see the device list via the web interface.
I'm running V4.6.14.3, but I installed that in December. It's been pretty solid for me.
- ajay__Apr 09, 2023InitiateSame for me as of today on the iOS app. Seems like the firmware update may have caused this. Causing me big headaches trying to manage access to family devices. Not impressed.
- codysApr 10, 2023GuideI started having this same issue today, just like you. I tried to factory reset and everything and still nada. Plan to call support in the morning
