Try uninstalling the app completely, rebooting your phone and then reinstall the app through the Android/Apple app store. Then re-login into the app after installing again and see if that helps.

If that fails, try rebooting your Orbi network by unplugging everything for 30 seconds.
And as a last resort, you could also do a hard reset and see if that straightens things out. Plus, make sure your Orbi has the latest firmware.

This is getting more interesting ... removed and downloaded the Orbi app on my iPhone - still does not work ... however it works on my iPad perfectly - have never had the problem on my iPad .... i have checked all settings on iPad and iPhone and they are the same ... go figure ...:(:(

The fact that it works on the iPad and not the iPhone - is it not safe to assume that it is not related to firmware or is that an incorrect assumption on my part?

Some recent firmware releases on specific products have prompted more questions on the forum than usual, so "it depends".
What Orbi model/firmware release is this?
I would love to hear what happens when you select Local Connection on the iPhone (assuming that it is actually connected locally to the Orbi system)
