1. Place the Orbi in AP mode (access point). this turns off its routing features and lets the arris handle routing. wireless and ethernet still work fine.
2. Or place the arris in modem only/bridge mode. this disables the routing/wireless on the arris and it acts as only a modem.
Purple on the orbi means the wan isn't connecting. Which would be the issue in a double nat.
