Speed Test in Orbi App IOS

My actuall Model is not listed up there. RBK753S-100NAS (Firmware Version V3.2.16.22_1.4.) purchased from Costco. The speed test refuses to work on the App(IOS). I have reset the modem (Not Factory)...

We have received some feedback that factory resetting the Orbi system helps address the issue.

I have the same problem. Please tell me why a factory reset would be necessary for a wireless router that costs over $500? This is unacceptable.

    Same issue here.  Worked fine and has stopped working via app.
