Speed Test inside ORBI App Fails

Question

The speedtest does not work in app now.&nbsp; It worked a few times.&nbsp; I have uninstalled rebooted numerous time still getting Failed to connect try rebooting router.&nbsp; I have tried all the things in the forum I believe an app or firmware issue.&nbsp;
