According to the status page there's still issues.
One of the potential fixes was to factory reset and reinstall with the browser. Did you try that?
Also make sure on ios that icloud relay and private mac/ip address is disabled
- I was hoping there is a better way than factory default. Just saw on their site that there were no additional reports of users having the problem. That is the reason I posted this message to somehow let them know that this is still ongoing. Appreciate your reply. Thanks
I know they started rolling our updates to a small group to test the fix and its been pretty successful. your device might not have been part of the push yet.
