still could not login to orbi

I am still having issues same as below. Rbk750

We are working to resolve an issue that is preventing some customers from accessing the Orbi app or web interface for the Orbi RBK85x and RBK75x. We are investigating this as the highest priority and will provide updates at

  • According to the status page there's still issues. 

    One of the potential fixes was to factory reset and reinstall with the browser. Did you try that? 

    Also make sure on ios that icloud relay and private mac/ip address is disabled

      I was hoping there is a better way than factory default. Just saw on their site that there were no additional reports of users having the problem. That is the reason I posted this message to somehow let them know that this is still ongoing. Appreciate your reply. Thanks

        I know they started rolling our updates to a small group to test the fix and its been pretty successful. your device might not have been part of the push yet.
