Stop circle connecting to Orbis RBR-20

Hi,

Suddenly one morning Circle stops connecting to Orbis RBR-20. The circle app continously is throwing error "Try again or Pair New Circle". 

I tried to use Pair New Circle, but it is not moving to next step from "Your router is compatible" screen.

Any help to resolve this issue?
