The issue is that the App cannot deal with two households on the same account

The issue is that the App cannot deal with two households on the same account. The app has no option to toggle between houses—poor form, in my opinion. The developer needs to put a button that allows you to switch between houses to remotely look at each internet account's strength, users, etc. I can't see them rushing to fix this. I can only look at one of my accounts using the app, so for the second house, the app is useless.

    Mine can.

That is what Anywhere Access is for.

You should dig a bit deeper.

If both routers are on the same Anywhere Access, that is how Netgear's apps work.

By the way, you have joined in on a conversation fro three years ago. Quite a bit has changed since then, especially in Anywhere Access.
