Time-scheduled POWER REDUCTION Mode?

Does anyone know of how we can automatically trigger night-mode for Time-based Power reduction healthy-sleep Mode ? TBPRHS-Mode ?
I would like to automatically reduce power emissions at night to bare minimum... for better health,.. and have the system "go to full power" if it feels that I have woken-up and am surfing at the witching-house.

Modified firmware anyone?
Hidden device settings somebody?
