Two steps verification - Code sent to old email

Hi,

 

I installed the Orbi App on my tablet and the verification code was sent to my old email address.

I was able to get the code because I still have access to the old email but I'm just moving away to the new one.

The email address is up to date in my account info.
Can someone please help me?

  • I've been having the same issue FOR A YEAR and have gotten no help.
    I'm about to just go buy a new router.

      Have you ever try to expose your problem to some moderator?
