App says device offline - won’t connect
Orbilogin and IP address pages won’t open either!!
Help!!! I’m afraid to hard reset router, it’s working fine, but if I reset it may never be “found” again.

If it is working fine, then there appears to be no urgency in accessing the router, correct?
Would you mind describing how you are attempting to connect?
(computer? laptop? smartphone? tablet?)
And how you identified the IP address for the router?

As I stated I tried to access via app, Orbilogin, and IP address. App says can’t find router and the pages above will not open (can’t connect to server, and something URL error. )
I want to log in to see my WiFi system- this is a totally normal. Also I have a ring camera offline, so this is why I was originally in app to reboot- I now realize I have zero access to my WIFI!!! - MB_LoveMay 02, 2022ApprenticeMy IP address is still default address, confirmed on iPhone under WiFi info.

Sometimes just restarting the router helps.

I too have the exact same problem with my RBK852. Been gone for the last two weeks and came home to this. Recycled power on all products and still nothing. I too don't want to reset anything. I've been on 4.6.7.13 and don't know if it tried to update to the new firmware. All is working perfectly for me and sure hope someone's got the answer to this one. Netgear is driving me crazy!
