Unable to connect to Orbi App as well as Internet website

Try this and walk thru a new setup with the Orbi app:

So, you think I should do a Factory reset? I have a backup I can use. I'm just afraid to factory reset and then I still can't get into orbilogin.com, 192.168.1.1 or the Orbi App.

  That's the exact same reason I'm contmplating resetting as well. Nothing else has worked thus far.
