Unable to display Satellites on Network Map

Using Orbi App Version 2.7.2.1371 the Network Map displays only my RBR50 Router, no Satellites are displayed. The App is installed on a Samsung S20, firmware of the RBR50's and RBS50's have been updated to the latest version (V2.6.1.40).

    I had the same issue where the satellites were not showing on the network map, although everything was functioning.  Tried rebooting the whole system including the modem and it still did not show up.  Uninstalled the app and reinstalled but that didn't work either.  This morning I did a factory reset on the router and now it is showing the satellites on the app.
