unable to log on to the Orbi app

My patience with the orbi app and the armour website is wearing very thin.

Every time i try to log in to the armour website it says my password is incorrect. So I have to reset it every time!!

Then when I attempt to reset the password to my known password, it says that you can't use your current password for the new password... So if the site knows it's my password then why does it not let me log in?

For the Orbi app, I think it's to do with the 2FA. I remember turning it on and there appears to be no way of turning it off. The instructions say, log on to the orbi app and turn it off.... but I can't log on to the orbi app because it says access is denied, the device is not recognised.

Any advice would be appreciated please
