Unable to login to Orbi mobile app as admin while i can able to access through browser

hello, i was unable to login to orbi mobile app using admin account but i can able to login through a browser.. not sure why mobile app keep prompting invalid password..

other issue - when i try to reset the password from Advanced -> Set Password -> enter old, new, recovery q's etc.. apply then it's  prmopting me that old password is wrong, i dont understand while i'm already loged in to orbilogin.com why it's sying old password is wrong..any help would be appreciated.
