Thanks for confirming. May you perform a factory reset on your Orbi units and run through the setup assistant again.

I am have the same issue. Have tried flashing router and satellite and factory resetting them. What i've found is that when I pause a device using mobile app it does kill new connections from being established but does not stop streaming connections. Anything I can do to kill active connections to that device?
