Unable to pause internet access using Orbi - RBK753S-100NAS

May you provide us with the current firmware version your Orbi units are currently on along with the Orbi app version you have installed.

      Thanks for confirming. May you perform a factory reset on your Orbi units and run through the setup assistant again.

        I am have the same issue. Have tried flashing router and satellite and factory resetting them. What i've found is that when I pause a device using mobile app it does kill new connections from being established but does not stop streaming connections. Anything I can do to kill active connections to that device?
