Updated the Orbi ap, registers devices as connected, devices not connected

Opened the Orbi Ap on my phone on May 17, 2020.  

Instructed to update -- and it installed Nighthawk on my phone, which I do not have.

Have Orbi RBR50

 

Then it could not find the network or the internet.  

 

It cannot connect to my network -- although the ap thinks my phone is connected, and I am currently on the network using my computer.  

 

The other phone in the house cannot connect.

 

I connected "remotely", once, but now cannot connect at all.

I also have had to change my password, twice.

 

It does not detect my satellite -- but my computers think the satellite works just fine.

 

Have reset the phone, deleted and reuploaded the ap, deleted the nighthawk ap, tried to manage on-line.  Been trhough support topics.

 

Ideas?

    Delete any "apps" and manage the Orbi system using a web browser on the computer.  It's what I have done from day 1.

    The "app" is pretty, and also pretty inadequate.  None of the Orbi advanced features can be accessed from the app.
