We don’t recognize this device
When I attempt to log into the Orbi app it says it doesn't recognize the device. The push notification to the device doesn't work and the alternative e-mail verification method points to an e-mail that is no longer accessible. How do I change the e-mail address? When I log into netgear.com and go to manage profile, it shows my current e-mail but the app still points to the old e-mail address.

Try deleting the app, reboot device, then re-install Orbi app...
