"Wifi Not Detected" on Orbi App, phone connected to wifi through Orbi router

you have the arris tm1602a modem.
what orbi setup is it? (model)
what firmware is on it?

    Orbi model RBR750

    Firmware: I am having the most difficult time accessing firmware through orbilogin.com. There are 3+ minute lag times in between each command only to end each query with "The connection was reset" or it takes me back to the page to enter my router's serial number ... it's beyond frustrating
