"192.168.1.1 refused to connect."

Factory Reset does not work.  Issue persists.  "192.168.1.1 refused to connect."   I also can no longer print.  The router does not seem to allow my printer to connect.  It worked fine yesterday....

Did you press the reset button for 15-20 seconds then release and connect a wired PC to the back of the RBR and use a web browser to connect at 192.168.1.1? 

Try different browser?
