Welcome to the NETGEAR Community!
I understand that you upgraded your network service from your ISP and you are noticing those expected speeds (2Gbps) at your router. However, your LAN devices seem to be capped at 1Gbps. This is because your RBR860 uses four (4) 10/100/1000Mbps Gigabit
Ethernet LAN ports. The only port that is compatible of more than 1Gbps is the WAN port.
