3 issues, Blue Bottle app not working, Firmware Service unavail & Logi Circle view camera- RBRE960
I own the RBRE960 mesh with two Satellites . Running V6.0.3.85 firmware version
I am having 3 problems.
- When I tell the system to Check for FIRMWARE UPDATES I get the following messages:
Router RBRE960 RBRE960 V6.0.3.85 No New Firmware Available Satellite RBSE960 Orbi Satellite-1 V6.0.3.85 Service unreachable Satellite RBSE960 Orbi Satellite-2 V6.0.3.85 Service unreachable - Why am I getting the Unreachable message, the satellites shows as working (GOOD) in the APP and Web.
- I have an app on my PHONE called BLUEBOTTLE, it is for ordering BLUEBOTTLE Coffee. I have to turn off my wifi on my Phone to use the APP. ( when on my home network I get a message that says SERVICE Unavailable) . The app works fine on other networks or cell service.
- I due have ARMOR turned on but I can not figure out if there is way to say let this App go through.
- I purchased 2 LOGI CIRCLE VIEW CAMERAS. ( I use apple HomeKit and these cameras work with it). One camera took 3 or 4 times doing the set up to work but it finally worked and seems to continue to work. The 2nd camera connects in the set up then it does not work, meaning it can no longer connect to the network. I try hard resetting the camera and run through the set up again, i have to do this 10 to 12 times then it might work. Then if I unplug the camera and plug it in some where else it will no longer connect and I have to repeat the whole thing.
- I am wondering if there is some known issue with these Cameras and ORBI or if there is some config I can do on the Orbi to get it working?

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?What happens if you disable Armor in Orbi app? Does the other app work then?

Current Firmware - V6.0.3.85
Internet = Spectrum
Cable Modem = Spectrum ( E31T2V1)
App Does not work if Armor is turned off
(though my Logi Cameras are working now, I have not turned Armor back on. But I did reboot my Satellites)
I would make contact with the Mfr of this mobile app and see if they have any information regarding there product.
