960 - poor backhaul - second satellite not working
Just set up new 960 system - router in basement, satellite on 1st floor working fine; satellite on 2nd floor shows poor backhaul and nothing seems to be connecting to it. The house is 6000 sq ft. System says it covers 9000 sq. ft. Frustrated by this since it cost $1500. Is there a way to boost the signal? I shouldn't have to but this is ridiculous.

Basements are not recommended places for the main router unit (RBR). All that concrete and steel will inhibit wifi signal travel. Main level or 2nd level is recommended.
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR📡 and RBS🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.Any progress on this?
