Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi AX (WiFi 6) products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi AX and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this router forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:
https://community.netgear.com/t5/Orbi-AX/bd-p/en-home-orbi-axBe sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.
Please use this link to the main forum product list to review and choose where to make your posts.

Your ONT This should be your device. If not, search for it on the site.
You have a cable that enters your property (drop cable). The drop cable provides the optical signal which the modem (Optical Network Terminal) will transform into an electrical signal and pass to the router (via the Ethernet cable).
Has the service worked prior to inserting the RBR750?
You can always open a case with Adtran: openasupportcase

See the original post. The goal is to remove the ISP router in order to forward ports to a NAS. The RBR750 worked, but could not forward ports because of the Double NAT situation. Would be interesting to see if Adtran responds to a non-customer. My guess is that the ISP is the actual 'customer' who could file a support case. Certainly can't hurt to try..

My ISP did an update on their fiber modem ONT and the Netgear Orbi started working as it should after a restart.
