After firwmare updare RBKE960

I Upgrade my orbi rbke960 router firwmare to the latest but unfortunatly both satellites are not upgarded Now my router not find any sattellites  i tried to downgrade firmware manually but its fail....

    How did you try to downgrade the RBR? 

    Using a wired PC and web browser and downgrading the RBR using the downloaded FW file from prior version should have worked long enough for you to get the RBS re-connected, then manually update them, then the RBR lastly.

    NOW its router latest firmware but both rbks960 not showing  or adding i unlpug all but not resolved. also i connect one of my salttelie directly eathernet cable with router and try to add but still not find

    please Advise APPRECIATE
