Thanks for the response - I am going to downstage to .21 and see if that resolves the issue. For the other questions - around 2,800 sqft, all satellites are around 30ft and yes I have did a factory reset last weekend.

After you get the system downgraded, might try turning OFF one RBS temporarily and observe.

Thanks for the suggestion - do you have any recommendations on downgrading? I know I have to take a backup of the current config, the downgrade the satellites and then downgrade the router and reinstall the config. Any tips or tricks that I should also do?

- It is always a good idea to have a copy of the current configuration.
- Installing different firmware typically does not change anything in the configuration (as long as the firmware is not drastically different, such as the change from version 4 to version 7)
- Doing a Factory Reset wipes the entire configuration.
So, probably just change satellites first, then router.

Avoid applying any saved configuration from the v.31 FW level. Can introduce issues if you apply on older version of FW.
Set up from scratch. If you have a backup configuration from v.21, then of course, can be applied for quicker setup.
