All of a sudden my router does not connect to my 2 satellites.
all of a sudden my router does not connect to my 2 satellites. I am on router Firmware Version V7.2.6.21_5.0.20 and I don't know what firmware the satellties are on. I can't see them on my Orbi app...

What model # is the RBR and RBS?
Is your Orbi system the RBK650 series that has a RBR750 and RBS350 satellites?

Thank you Furrye38. This solutions looks seemingly simple BUT none of my satellites are connected and I do not have an option of updating their firmware via the dashboard or other means.
AND IF i downgrade as you've asked me to do, am I at risk of damaging my RBR750?
And will that restore connectivity to my satellites so that I could perform the FW upgrade then OR
do I leave it at the downgraded FW?
Sorry, I am not a guru nor technical by any means. The instructions assume I can see the RBS350 on the Orbi dashboard--and I just don't see how or where I could perform loading the FW to them.

You don't need to do anything with the RBS. If you didn't update them or do anything with them, just turn them OFF for now.
You can downgrade the RBR back to v4 FW.
After the RBR is downgraded and seems back to ready, power OFF the RBR for 30 seconds then back ON. Then when it's ready, factory reset the RBR and setup from scratch. If you use the same SSID name and PW as before, the RBS may auto reconnect after you set up the RBR. By powering them ON one at a time. IF they don't, then just use the sync button in back of each RBS and try using the sync button in back of the RBR or use the RBRs web page to re-add them, one at a time.Factory reset:

Recommend setting the default DHCP IP address pool range to the following after applying and a factory reset: 192.168.#.100 to 192.168.#.200.
