Does the problem appear more at specific locations within the house?
Is the interior construction similar to the old house?
How does the phone provider signal at the new house compare to the signal at the old house?
Does this affect Android devices which have no cellular capability?

Turns out it is now affecting my husbands apple device as well, so its not just limited to android.
It happens in so many areas of the house its hard to say its specific. Sometimes i'm far away, sometimes i'm sitting 3ft from the satellite. It happens if there are full "service" wifi bars or less as well, so its not like its just when I'm too far away.
The old house also relied on wifi calling, although the cell service was slightly better. We may be able to switch soon as a new tower is being built, but I'd still like to solve whatever is going on.
I will have to leave my phone on airplane mode for a while to test if it affects one with no cell capabilities, i'm not sure.
the interior construction has thicker walls than the previous house, which is why I started the satellite closer to the router, but i've tried moving it far and close.
We thought about purchasing a second satellite but they are so expensive on their own, if this isnt working there's not much point in further supporting netgear with purchases.
