Start by following the steps in https://community.netgear.com/t5/Orbi-WiFi-6-AX-and-WiFi-6E-AXE/Community-FAQ-My-Orbi-port-forwarding-doesn-t-work/td-p/1984296 . This will help us isolate what is not working. We also need to know what you're trying to expose to the internet, e.g., is it something running on a Windows computer? There is a step in the FAQ for Windows-specific firewall instructions.
