Apple iPhone/iPad Connection constantly drops
I was also having the same problem and similar to Garwoofoo found the best solution is to have the satellite on Wifi. Tried resetting and all the above measures.
In my case, when I lost connection, my device still retained its IP. Interestingly I could still connect to the satellite and login via its IP address but had no internet. However I couldn't login to the router. I suspect there was lost connection between the router and satellite despite it being ethernet.
Not sure if it may be a factor but I have the modem connected to a patch panel and the router connected to a switch and then to the patch panel. The switch is unmanaged and a simple TP Link. When I have time, I may try connecting the router directly to the patch panel port where the satellite is rather than going via the switch to see if it makes any difference, but still have the other connections via the switch (as the router does not have enough LAN).
