Apple iPhone/iPad Connection
I have the same issue... The RBR750 plus two wired satellites >30ft apart seem unable to reliably cope with mesh-switching of iphone 12 and iphone 13 (both with mac-privacy feature disabled). ...

What happens if you turn OFF both RBS and just run the RBR?
Then try just 1 RBS with the RBR.
Try channels 1 and 40 then 11 and 48.

Ok I have turned off the garage Orbi satellite, and then walked with my phone, whilst streaming a live video feed, into the garden and then back into the house... and it loses connection. Even though i'm only 25 feet away from a satellite router which is upstairs at the back of my house - overlooking the garden. And as i walk back into the house, it takes a couple of minutes before it picks up wifi signal again.
Note that before i did this test, i increased the power from 25% to 100%. This is using channels 1 and 40.
I've captured the above in a log.zip file if that's useful... including pcap logs too. Logs collected from the main router only - I will try to capture from the satellite too on the second test, using channels 11 and 48.

Ok with the one RBS thats ethernet connected, please disconnect this RBS from Ethernet and let it wirelessly sync to the RBR. Then re-test what you did earlier.
- Charlie53463Nov 25, 2023AspirantOK will try that tomorrow. Thanks again.

Ok tested the above and the same issue occurs - essentially when i seem to walk from downstairs to upstairs, probably about 1 time out of 5 it appears to lose connection - even though on my phone it shows full wifi strength. There no internet connectivity.
I've reconnected the third (garage) router, so both satellites are now back on ethernet backhaul and with power set back to 100%.
The drop in connectivity still happens periodically as i walk from downstairs to upstairs.
Have captured log file for when i think it happened most recently.
So frustrating... as i have to disconnect wifi and back again... or if i simply wait it can take 2-3 mins before it picks up again. And all the while, my phone shows strong wifi signal... it's almost like a DHCP issue? Wifi clearly connected to phone but not assigned an IP address?
And i have double-checked that the mac privacy has been disabled on my iPhone. And in any case, it also happens on android phone too.
Really at a loss as to how to proceed now... and i just don't have the time to continually fault find.
Has anyone here gone down the path of raising a claim against Netgear under Consumer Rights Act which says "all products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described". I think if this was an isolated case then fair enough - but it seems that a lot of people have the same issue. So maybe there's merit in getting a group of folk together that experience the same fault.
