Was your old Orbi router's 5Ghz perhaps set to something other than WPA2 (not an option now for the AXE)? Regardless, try forgetting the network on your Apple TV and adding it again from scratch.
I performed a factory reset, which I assume forgets all networks anyway. Same result. In any case, I added it to the IoT network. I'm not concerned. It's my mother-in-laws today and all she does is watch Law and Order on Hulu.
Any progress on this?
