Apple TV cannot access internet on RBR750
We have had a major country wide network outage. Our provider has fixed the issues and now my Apple TV will not connect to the internet. My iPhone & iPad can connect to the internet through my RBR750,...
- Thanks for the reply. I have tried all the options you gave me. I did finally remember what happened about a year ago, when I called a Netgear technician and they said to login to “orbilogin.net” and change an advance setting by turning off “access control”. This worked again for me. Apparently this blocks access to some devices.
1. what modem/gateway do you have?
2. what firmware is on the router/satellites?
3. If you power off the satellite, does it connect to the router and work?
4. Have you went into the apple tv and forgotten the network and re-added it?

Glad you got it working. Please mark your thread as solved so others will know. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
