Approve network logins

Every time I pause access for one child in my household, he automatically reconnects with what appears to be a different device. I don’t think he is doing it on purpose. How can I stop this?

Ideally, I

 would like to approve each device before it connects. Apples password sharing feature is annoying sometimes. 

My router is the Orbi RBR750
