AX4200 - 2 pack (RBK752) Lignts On Front

Are blue lights on the front of the router and sattelite supposed to be on?

Once everything is established and up and running properly the LED should turn blue for about 2 minutes.  It should then turn off.

Ok so if the light turns off the system is working as intended?
